Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain proprietary e-commerce software platforms for heavy equipment and capital asset transactions
- Take ownership of microservices architecture components and contribute to scalable, fault-tolerant systems
- Estimate work and time for project delivery schedules, identifying unclear requirements for escalation or technical resolution
- Quickly onboard into large codebases, comprehend system components, and contribute meaningfully in short timeframes
- Translate non-technical requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed
- Write and maintain unit/automation tests, and assist tier-3 support during incident resolution
Requirements
- Five or more years of professional .NET development experience with .NET 4.x, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and MySQL
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, RESTful web services, jQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and JSON
- Strong database design, performance tuning, and management skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle, including deployment and operations
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and support critical systems
