Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI-native developer tools to enhance engineering productivity
- Design and optimize build systems, IDEs, and cloud workspaces for scalability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI advancements into engineering workflows
- Implement observability and debugging tools to improve system reliability
- Drive experimental initiatives to simplify and accelerate software development processes
- Ensure adherence to security and confidentiality standards for sensitive data
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on software development experience in a corporate environment
- Strong inclination to innovate using AI tools and methodologies
- Passion for improving developer productivity and experience
- Fluency in Java, C++, Python, or Golang
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
