About the Role
This role is for a Software Engineer (Computer Vision), focusing on the design and development of software for automated Computer Vision Equipment. This position is critical for driving innovation within the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software for automated Computer Vision Equipment.
- Undertake software development for GUI, big data management, and multi-threaded programming.
- Design & Develop Image Processing / Computer Vision Algorithms.
- Involve in the full Software Development Life Cycle.
Requirements
- Possess a PHD / Masters / Degree in an engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C++ software development in a Visual Studio Development Environment.
- MUST HAVE: Strong work experience with vision inspection / computer vision / image processing skills in the semi-conductor manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge in Deep Learning (AI) for Defect Classification is a plus.
- Applicants MUST BE currently based in Singapore and/or Malaysia and have relevant work experience with the semi-conductor industry.
