About the Role
HighRadius is a Fintech enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that leverages Artificial Intelligence-based Autonomous Systems to help companies automate Accounts Receivable and Treasury processes. The HighRadius Integrated Receivables platform reduces operating expenses and accelerates cash conversion cycles for businesses.
As a Software Engineer, you will be joining a team that's building and supporting products that automate mundane tasks and empower our customers to make intelligent financial decisions. Our Engineers are involved in all parts of the product life cycle: brainstorming, designing, planning, executing, and iterating. We are an agile and fast-paced team that is constantly iterating on our products, and looking for new and better ways to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the smooth operation of applications.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Proficiency in at least one back-end language like Node.js, Python, Java, Golang, Ruby, or PHP.
- Experience with database technologies, both relational (e.g., SQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
