About the Role As a Software Engineer on the Customer Lifecycle team, you’ll build and evolve the systems that power how we measure, monetize, and optimize the customer journey end-to-end. You’ll partner closely with Finance Systems, RecTech, Analysts, Data & ML Engineers, Product, and Platform teams to turn lifecycle data into reliable, actionable insights and scalable billing capabilities. Your work will enable accurate usage capture, transparent reporting, and self-service analytics, helping drive a more data-informed organization and directly supporting the growth and effectiveness of our AI and Core product experiences.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Partner with cross functional teams to define requirements
  • Develop data models to support data integration pipelines with external systems, such as ERPs and CRMS
  • Design dimensional data models and build scalable data pipelines
  • Ingest data from third party applications & in-house data stores
  • Support internal and external reporting metrics creation
  • Improve code quality through code reviews, testing, and advocating for best practices

Your Expertise

  • You have 2+ years of data engineering experience
  • You are proficient with SQL and Python
  • You have experience with ETL/ELT development
  • You are a team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
  • You are excited by new technologies, but are conscious of choosing them for the right reasons
  • Self Starter with a high desire to learn
