As a Software Engineer II on the Gen4 Airborne Radar team, you will design and develop software for our next-generation radar systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate software components, ensuring they meet the required performance, reliability, and security standards. You will also collaborate with other engineers to identify and resolve technical issues, and contribute to the development of new features and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software components for Gen4 Airborne Radar systems, using languages such as Python and C++.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and ensure they meet performance, reliability, and security standards.
- Contribute to the development of new features and technologies, and identify and resolve technical issues.
- Work with other engineers to develop and maintain software documentation, including design documents, test plans, and release notes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on programming languages, machine learning, and cloud computing.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and experience with AWS cloud services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
