Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and robust APIs that support core matching and analytics infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into reliable, high-performance features.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and uphold engineering standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
- Partner with Data and Machine Learning teams to integrate AI-powered features into the live product.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience building scalable applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong bias for action, commitment to clean/maintainable code, and pragmatic technical decision-making.
