As a Software Engineer - Model Performance, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-performance machine learning models that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop models that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of existing models, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning and AI
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning
- Experience with Python and AWS, including AWS SageMaker and AWS Lambda
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
