Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy full-stack applications spanning internal tools, customer-facing portals, and ERP integrations
- Design and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and system integrations across financial and identity platforms
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and infrastructure configurations
- Build AI-powered workflows and tooling using LLM APIs and prompt engineering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations
- Own end-to-end development lifecycle from ticket resolution to production deployment
Requirements
- 3–7 years of professional full-stack development with shipped production applications
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web frameworks (React, Vue)
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystems: M365, Azure, Power BI, and Business Central AL development
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging and iterative improvement
- Self-directed collaborator able to communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
