Overview
Make your mark at WD-40 Company We’re in the middle of one of the most ambitious ERP transformations in our company’s history — and we’re looking for a collaborative and analytically sharp Solutions Architect who thrives on complex, high-stakes challenges. This is not a maintenance role. You’ll be the highest-level technical authority on our D365 F&O platform, owning architecture decisions that directly shape WD-40’s global digital backbone.
As a Solutions Architect focused on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), you will be the technical thought leader responsible for defining, optimizing, and governing our ERP architecture across a globally distributed team spanning the US, UK, India, and beyond. With the Americas implementation nearly complete and a full EMEA rollout launching in early 2027, you’ll be stepping into a role with real momentum — and real problems left to solve. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, implementation specialists, and external ISVs to deliver integrated, scalable, and forward-thinking solutions that power WD-40’s next phase of global growth.
If you’re a seasoned technical architect who loves owning hard problems, collaborating across cultures and time zones, and building solutions that scale globally — and you’re ready to do that inside a company that actually respects your time — we’d love to hear from you.
This is a remote role with an opportunity to work from anywhere in the US. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and should not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
