We are looking for a Solutions Engineer, Enterprise, France to join our team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for working with our enterprise customers to design and implement solutions that meet their business needs. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry and identifying opportunities to leverage these in our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with enterprise customers to design and implement solutions that meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry and identify opportunities to leverage these in our solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and training to customers as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or similar role.
- Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
