What you’ll do

As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical anchor throughout the sales cycle — from pre‑sales to post‑sales. You will partner with enterprise prospects and customers to educate, empower, and ensure their success on the Cloudflare platform. Leveraging your expertise in Cloudflare’s global network, you will design best‑fit solutions, onboard new customers via video, in‑person sessions, or documentation, and support their long‑term growth.

You will act as a trusted advisor on web and mobile security and performance — developing firewall rules from logs, optimizing caching and delivery strategies, and building or adapting internal tools and scripts to meet customer needs. As the technical advocate for customers, you will collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams. Your focus on customer success will drive you to create scalable solutions and deliver lasting impact.
