We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team in Tokyo. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of new solutions and features.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions and recommendations.
- Develop and implement new solutions and features, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including training and onboarding.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role.
- Strong technical expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
