We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Manufacturing/Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, leveraging technical skills in data analysis, machine learning, and operations research. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python, AWS, and data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements
- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and drive decision-making
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field
- Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, AWS, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
