About the Role
We are a US-based upskilling and training company serving MENA, partnering with global tech leaders like AWS, Google, and Salesforce to deliver large-scale learning programs to software engineers, teachers, and tech professionals across Egypt, KSA, UAE, and the broader MENA region.
We’re looking for a Sr. Growth Copywriter who can produce 10x the output of a traditional copywriter by mastering AI-assisted writing workflows. You’ll own all written content across 3 programs, 12+ channels, and 2 languages , from ad copy and landing pages to email sequences and community posts.
This is not a “write one blog post a week” role. You’ll be producing hundreds of copy variants per month, using AI as your co-writer while you provide the strategic direction, brand voice, cultural nuance, and human polish that AI alone can’t deliver.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Copy & Creative Messaging
- Write high-converting ad copy for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and X campaigns across 3 programs
- Produce 50+ ad copy variants per campaign using AI tools, then curate and refine the top performers
- Adapt messaging per market (Egypt, KSA, UAE) , understanding cultural nuance, local slang, and what resonates in each audience
- Collaborate with the Perf. Marketing Manager on A/B test hypotheses for headlines, CTAs, value propositions, and hooks
- Write in both English and Arabic (or work closely with AI translation + native review for Arabic copy)
Email & WhatsApp Nurture Sequences
- Write full lifecycle email sequences: welcome series, activation nudges, progress reminders, re-engagement, and completion celebrations
- Craft WhatsApp broadcast messages optimized for MENA engagement patterns (concise, conversational, action-oriented)
- Personalize messaging by program, user segment, and behavior stage , using AI to generate variants at scale
- Work with the Perf. Marketing Manager to optimize open rates, click rates, and conversion rates through copy experiments
Landing Pages & Web Copy
- Write and optimize landing page copy for each program , headlines, sub-headlines, benefit blocks, social proof, and CTAs
- Produce multiple landing page variants for A/B testing across different audiences and markets
- Write SEO-optimized content for organic acquisition: blog posts, educational articles, and YouTube descriptions
Community & Social Content
- Write engaging social media posts for community channels (Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
- Draft influencer brief documents and UGC prompts in collaboration with the Brand Manager
- Write scripts or talking points for video content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels) in collaboration with the Design team
