As a Sr. Manager, Digital Infrastructure, Mergers & Acquisitions, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital infrastructure solutions to support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities in Puerto Rico. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy cloud-based infrastructure, leveraging technologies such as AWS, Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of digital infrastructure solutions to support M&A activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy cloud-based infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies for digital infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage and lead a team of technical professionals.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in digital infrastructure, M&A, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and implementing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, DevOps, and machine learning.
- Experience with AWS, Python, Node.js, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
