As a Sr Mechanical Engineer – Electronics Packaging, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative electronics packaging solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will utilize your expertise in mechanical engineering, electronics packaging, and CAD software to drive product development and improvement. Requirements:

- Strong expertise in finite element analysis and computer-aided design (CAD) software, including SolidWorks.
