As a Sr. Manager of Engineering - Reliability, Maintainability, and Safety, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive reliability, maintainability, and safety into our products. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing reliability, maintainability, and safety engineering processes and procedures, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as quality and manufacturing, to ensure that our products meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from one of our three locations: Burnsville, MN; Bothell, WA; or Cedar Rapids, IA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability, maintainability, and safety strategies.
  • Develop and implement reliability, maintainability, and safety engineering processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our products meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources for reliability, maintainability, and safety engineering initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to product reliability, maintainability, and safety.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in reliability, maintainability, and safety engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing and implementing reliability, maintainability, and safety strategies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and safety engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
