As a Sr. Principal/Principal Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of subcontract management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and execute subcontract plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, subcontract management, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective subcontract management strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
