As a Sr. Principal Responsible Engineer – Fuel Systems, you will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of fuel systems for aerospace applications. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex systems on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance of junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop fuel systems, including fuel tanks, pumps, and valves.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex systems on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of fuel systems with other aircraft systems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in fuel systems design and development, with a focus on aerospace applications.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex systems on time and within budget.
- Strong technical expertise in software development, systems engineering, and technical leadership.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
