We are seeking a Sr. Principal Software Product Owner (GUI) to lead the development of our software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. This role will require strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to deliver high-quality software products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Lead and participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software product development, with a focus on GUI development.
- Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, and AWS, with experience in machine learning and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
