About the Opportunity:
The organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of the AI Capabilities team. This team is responsible for building the foundational platform that powers all runtime AI products, including agents and chatbots, and will enable smarter, faster, and more reliable AI experiences. The role involves working closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to create APIs, runtime infrastructure, and orchestration layers that support AI-driven automation.
Responsibilities:
- Build shared platforms and APIs to support AI across 8,000+ integrations.
- Partner with product teams to unify and evolve AI runtimes into a single orchestration layer.
- Enable AI teams to focus on feature delivery by managing underlying complexity.
- Translate new AI and LLM capabilities into reusable, well-designed services.
- Define success metrics for measurable platform quality, reliability, and developer velocity.
- Lead product vision and strategy for the AI Capabilities platform.
- Work with engineering and product teams to deliver shared APIs and infrastructure.
- Shape the developer experience for internal teams building on this platform.
- Partner with other AI product teams to unify runtimes into a reliable AI orchestration service.
- Use data to inform prioritization, roadmaps, and iteration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong technical background.
- Experience with technical or platform-oriented products, such as developer platforms, ML infrastructure, or AI/LLM systems.
- Ability to navigate and simplify complex systems in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, greenfield environments and shaping roadmaps from scratch.
- Strong skills in prioritization, roadmap planning, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Skilled communicator, especially in a remote and asynchronous environment.
- Availability for team meetings between 10am and 3pm ET.
