As a Sr. Solutions Engineer (Customer Accounts), you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions for our customer accounts. This role requires a strong technical background in software development, as well as leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams. You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their technical requirements. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles, as well as experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS. Additionally, experience with machine learning and Node.js is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical solutions for customer accounts
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and cloud-based technologies
  • Experience with AWS and Node.js
  • Experience with machine learning is a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
