Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate dynamic load models for robotic systems
- Optimize structural integrity and performance under varying loads
- Collaborate with mechanical and control teams to integrate load dynamics into product design
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation studies
- Ensure compliance with safety and performance standards
- Document methodologies and results for cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 7+ years in mechanical engineering with focus on dynamics and loads
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar simulation tools
- Experience with FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in robotics or autonomous systems is a plus
