About the Team
We are a small team of engineers whose goal is to build a state of the art ML Notification system for Sharechat and Moj applications. Before us, notifications in Moj were complicated heuristics based systems. Our goal is to simplify it as much as possible while improving business metrics and user experience. To achieve this, we are building a design-clean and effective system leveraging state of the art recommender system stack. We need passionate people who love getting into the bottom of things.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze data and generate data-driven hypotheses about notifications
- Write code in Python/ Golang around data preprocessing, model training and ML production
- Train and deploy ML models into production (neural networks)
- Conduct A/B experiments, analyze results, build dashboards
- Improve the product using Data Analysis and Machine Learning
Who are you?
- Solid experience in Data Science
- Knowledge of Statistics, Statistical Data Analysis
- Building data preprocessing pipelines, ETL
- Exploratory data analysis, visualization
- Analyzing funnels, building analytical dashboards
- Confident coding skills in Python
- Solid experience with ML and Neural Networks
- Training, validating and deploying neural network models
- Experience in Recommender Systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in DS/ML competitions: Kaggle etc.
- Written libraries or tools used by other engineers or researchers
- Experience with TensorFlow
- Experience with Golang
