What You’ll Do:

The Insights team at CoreWeave is responsible for helping customers understand what’s happening inside their CoreWeave cloud environments clearly, proactively, and at scale. We build intelligent observability experiences that surface high-value signals across performance, reliability, and cost, enabling customers to operate complex GPU-powered systems with confidence. This team sits at the intersection of infrastructure, observability, and UX, partnering closely with Engineering and Design to turn raw telemetry into actionable insight.

About the role:

As a Staff Product Manager for Insights, you will own the strategy and execution of Insights experiences within CoreWeave’s observability portfolio. Your day-to-day work will focus on defining how customers discover, understand, and act on signals across their AI workloads, through dashboards, alerts, and AI-powered insights. You’ll lead high-impact problem areas such as cost optimization and workload efficiency, shaping how insights are proactively surfaced rather than manually discovered. This role requires deep technical understanding, strong product judgment, and the ability to operate across multiple engineering teams in a complex, data-rich environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the Insights product area, defining vision, roadmap, and success metrics across observability experiences.
  • Drive AI-powered insights and alerting, including Grafana-based experiences that surface high-signal, low-noise information to customers.
  • Translate raw telemetry (metrics, logs, events) into curated, actionable insights that help customers understand performance, reliability, and cost drivers in their AI workloads.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to ship proactive insights, including natural-language and automated analysis where appropriate.
  • Go deep on priority domains such as cost optimization, identifying what signals matter most and how they should be presented to drive action.
  • Use customer feedback, usage data, and experimentation to continuously validate impact and improve adoption of Insights features.

Who You Are:

  • Strong familiarity with observability systems, particularly tools such as Grafana.
  • Hands-on experience with PromQL and LogQL, and a solid understanding of metrics and log-based analysis.
  • Experience building or product-managing AI-pow
