As a Staff Software Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and implementing software quality engineering practices and processes across multiple programs and teams. This includes developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality engineering initiatives.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering with a focus on test automation and continuous integration.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test-driven development.
- Experience with Node.js, Python, and AWS.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
