As a Staff Systems Engineer - Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex systems, leading cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in technology. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior engineers, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex systems, including architecture, design, and development.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on complex systems design and implementation.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, DevOps, and machine learning technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
