We're looking for a Staff Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Staff Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their technical needs, and providing guidance and support to ensure their success with our products.
You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and address customer pain points, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and adoption of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical needs and provide guidance and support to ensure their success with our products.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and address customer pain points and develop strategic plans to drive growth and adoption of our products.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer-facing initiatives and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert guidance and support to customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role.
- Strong technical expertise in areas such as cloud computing, machine learning, and software development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving customer success and growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
