We're looking for a Staff UX Researcher to join our team at cohere. As a Staff UX Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting user research to inform product design and development, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to inform product design and development
- Develop and implement research plans to meet business objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform product decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure research needs are met
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
- Proven track record of conducting user research to inform product design and development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
