As an Employee & Labor Relations Intern, you will assist in the development and implementation of employee and labor relations strategies. You will work closely with the Employee & Labor Relations team to analyze and resolve employee relations issues, develop and implement communication plans, and provide support for labor relations activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, and to gain a deeper understanding of the employee and labor relations function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee and labor relations strategies.
- Analyze and resolve employee relations issues.
- Develop and implement communication plans.
- Provide support for labor relations activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a related field (e.g. Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal).
