The State Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training, onboarding, and partner enablement programs for schools and channel partners using COSMIQ solutions. The role includes conducting teacher trainings, leadership orientations, and reseller workshops, ensuring effective product understanding and adoption. The trainer supports pre-sales demos and post-sales implementation, helping schools integrate solutions into classrooms. They work closely with partners to build capability, conduct refresher sessions, and ensure consistent demo quality. The role involves strong stakeholder management with school leaders, teachers, and internal teams. Additionally, the trainer maintains detailed reports, tracks product usage, and shares feedback for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset, with 2–4 years of experience in training, teaching, or EdTech environments, and willingness to travel across assigned regions.
