Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues for customers
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Linux, networking, and cloud environments
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python is a plus
