About the Role

We offer an immersive online learning platform for corporate technical training in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Autonomous Systems, and Cloud Computing. Our mission is to power careers through tech education, and we are enhancing the support offered to our students.
We are seeking experienced AI professionals to mentor learners enrolled in our business-focused AI programs. Our learners are typically managers, executives, and senior professionals responsible for AI initiatives. Mentors will deepen understanding, provide real-world context, and connect course concepts to practical AI deployment. This is a practitioner-focused role; we are looking for individuals who have worked with AI in production environments and can share insights on what works and what fails.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, structured learning sessions on AI fundamentals and applied AI.
- Tailor sessions to the audience’s role, seniority, and learning goals in partnership with internal teams.
- Deliver live AI learning sessions for audiences ranging from 10-100 participants, including entry-level cohorts, cross-functional teams, and leadership groups.
- Teach AI fundamentals clearly (AI vs ML vs GenAI, LLMs, limitations, risks, best practices).
- Demonstrate practical AI use cases mapping to real work (productivity, analysis, writing, customer support, engineering workflows, decision-making).
- Train employees on role-based AI adoption, including responsible and effective AI usage.
- Deliver leader-focused AI sessions covering strategy, governance, risk, and organizational adoption.
- Facilitate Q&A and discussion, helping teams apply concepts to their day-to-day work.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align content with audience level, learning objectives, and delivery expectations.
- Maintain high delivery quality and reliability, including preparation, responsiveness, and adherence to session timeline.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years working in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or applied AI roles.
- Experience delivering at least one of the following: internal training, client workshops, conference talks, teaching/mentoring/facilitation.
- Comfortable presenting to audiences of 20–200 or similar scale.
- Strong English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing GenAI solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with AI evaluation or model monitoring.
- Experience with enterprise AI adoption programs.
- Experience teaching non-technical audiences.
- Background in security/privacy/compliance.
