About Sage Haus

Sage Haus is the only nationwide placement service dedicated exclusively to matching house managers with busy households. Our founder and CEO, Kelly Hubbell, started Sage Haus after she hired her own house manager and realized the mental load she'd been carrying wasn't a personal failing. It was a structural gap.

Three years in, we're a bootstrapped, growing with a team of 35, placing house managers, family assistants, and meal-prep chefs with hundreds of new families every month across the US and Canada.

We're not just filling a niche.

We're building a category.

About the Role

We're hiring a Technical business Operations Lead to be the systems backbone of Sage Haus .

You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Services, Marketing and Product — keeping our tools sharp, our data clean, our automations humming, and our SOPs current. Day one is tactical: you'll own our operational stack, build automations, and make our existing systems sing. Over time, the role grows into more strategic work — growth-strategy projects, data architecture, and the operational developments that shapes where Sage Haus goes next.

This role is for the person who sees a messy spreadsheet and can't help but fix it. Who builds a automation before anyone asks. Who documents the process while everyone else moves on.

First 90 Days

Concrete outcomes you'll own in your first three months: audit and clean our CRM & priority automations; develop & document priority SOPs across sales, services, and marketing, build SOPs for AI skills, agents & workflows, stand up dashboards that give the leadership team real-time visibility into velocity, pipeline health and candidate depth; fix top 3 operational bottlenecks slowing the team down and ship a fix.

  • Building and maintaining automations that connect tools and reduce manual work
  • Evaluating, recommending, and implementing new tools as we scale (including finding or building the right CRM)
  • Being the team's go-to for AI tooling — using Claude and other AI to create real leverage across the business

Data & CRM Integrity

  • Keeping CRM data clean, current, and usable
  • Maintaining accurate dashboards that reflect real-time business health
  • Extracting data insights, building additional dashboards, views, & forms as the team needs them
  • Architecting data systems that scale with us

SOPs & Documentation

  • Documenting workflows as we build them
  • Restructuring and updating existing SOPs so they stay accessible
  • Creating repeatable playbooks that let the team o
