We are seeking a Technical + CS Enablement Manager to join our team at drata. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in customer success enablement.

The Technical + CS Enablement Manager will work closely with both technical and customer success teams to develop and implement enablement strategies that drive customer adoption and retention. This will include creating and delivering training programs, developing technical documentation, and providing technical support to customer success teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and customer success principles, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
