As a Technical Deployment Lead for our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Platform, you will be responsible for leading the technical deployment of our platform. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of new features and services. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of our platform and its technical requirements, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical deployment of our FDE Platform, ensuring timely and successful deployment of new features and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption to our users.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including deployment guides and technical notes.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with deployment, working closely with the engineering team to resolve any issues that arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in our platform and its technical requirements, making recommendations for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical deployment or operations role, with a focus on cloud-based platforms.
- Deep understanding of Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS, with experience in deploying and managing complex systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
