Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical solutions for digital products, ensuring alignment with user experience and engineering constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using industry-standard tools
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and scalability
- Document design specifications and technical guidelines for development teams
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and data insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical design, UI/UX, or related fields
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of frontend development principles (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and design systems
- Experience with prototyping tools and interactive design methodologies
- Ability to bridge the gap between design and engineering teams
