As a Technical Enablement Manager at coder, you will play a critical role in driving technical adoption and innovation across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical enablement strategies, create engaging content, and deliver training programs to ensure technical teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. You will also collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize technical enablement needs, and develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical enablement strategies to drive adoption of new technologies and tools.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and training programs, to educate technical teams on new technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize technical enablement needs, and develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
- Deliver training programs and workshops to technical teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical enablement strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, training, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with AWS, Python, and Node.js is a plus.
