We are seeking a Technical Engagement Manager, Federal to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical engagement with federal clients, developing and executing technical strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with our sales and delivery teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and will be responsible for ensuring that our technical solutions meet the needs of our federal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute technical strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including federal clients, sales teams, and delivery teams
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and work closely with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Ensure that our technical solutions meet the needs of our federal clients, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical engagement management role, preferably in a federal or government contracting environment
- Strong technical expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through technical strategy and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
