As a Technical Lead, Safety Research at our company, you will be responsible for leading technical research efforts to ensure the safety of our AI systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, develop and implement safety protocols, and collaborate with researchers and engineers to advance our understanding of AI safety.

Requirements:
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in research and development of AI systems.
