Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality technical solutions
- Define technical roadmaps and align them with business objectives

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex projects
- Strong understanding of system design, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
