What You'll Do
Business Analysis & Strategy Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and opportunities. Translate strategic goals into clear problem statements, solution options, and prioritized roadmaps.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews. Produce high-quality artifacts including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Solution Design Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineering teams to shape solutions that balance business value, user experience, and technical feasibility. Create wireframes, workflows, and prototypes where needed.
AI & Automation Initiatives Identify opportunities to apply AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation across business processes. Partner with data science, ML, and engineering teams to define use cases, success metrics, and adoption strategies. Translate AI capabilities into business outcomes that stakeholders can understand and act on.
Process Analysis & Improvement Map current-state and future-state processes. Identify inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and improvement areas. Recommend changes that improve productivity, customer experience, or cost performance.
Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between business, product, and technology teams. Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines.
Team Leadership & Mentorship Guide a team of business analysts across one or more workstreams. Review deliverables, set documentation standards, coach junior team members, and uphold the overall quality of business analysis.
Project Delivery Partner with project managers and delivery leads to plan releases, track progress, and manage risks. Drive UAT cycles, support change management, and ensure smooth go-lives.
Reporting & Governance Define KPIs and success metrics for initiatives. Track outcomes, conduct post implementation reviews, and present insights to senior leadership.
What You Bring
Must-haves
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems
- Proven experience leading end-to-end BA delivery on medium-to-large programs
- Exposure to AI, GenAI, or automation initiatives - including the ability to identify use cases, define requirements, and partner with data/ML teams
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Draw.io, and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar)
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience defining requirements for AI/ML, GenAI, RPA, or chatbot solutions
- Familiarity with prompt design, LLM-based workflows, or AI-assisted productivity tools
- Experience mentoring or managing junior business analysts
- Exposure to data analysis and BI tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with API integrations and modern web/mobile development practices
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent BA certifications
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent)
Added Advantage – Domain Preference
- Manufacturing: Experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- BFSI: Experience with Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, or related governance frameworks
