As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery and release operations for our North region. This includes managing cross-functional teams, prioritizing and coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive technical strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical program management, software development, and cloud-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical delivery and release operations for the North region, ensuring timely and high-quality software releases.
- Manage cross-functional teams, prioritize and coordinate tasks, and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive technical strategy and execution.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, release plans, and project schedules.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, software development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software releases on time and within budget.
- Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
