As a Technical Program Manager, Product Engineering at our company, you will be responsible for leading technical programs and teams to drive product development and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical roadmaps, manage technical debt, and ensure timely and successful product launches. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating technical risks, and developing and implementing processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical programs and teams to drive product development and innovation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical roadmaps
- Manage technical debt and ensure timely and successful product launches
- Identify and mitigate technical risks

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management
- Proven track record of leading technical programs and teams
- Strong technical background in software development, preferably in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning
- Experience with AWS
- Excellent communication and project management skills
