Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Ensure adherence to technical and quality standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project planning tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools
