Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare IT projects on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for technical initiatives
- Coordinate between engineering, clinical, and administrative stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Monitor project progress using Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for complex healthcare IT projects
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in healthcare IT
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with healthcare IT systems and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HL7)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders
- Ability to balance technical requirements with business objectives in fast-paced environments
