We are seeking a Technical Services Engineer (Process & Methods Engineering) to join our team in Singapore. As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements and methods engineering solutions using technical expertise in software development and cloud computing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, develop and maintain technical documentation, and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements and methods engineering solutions using technical expertise in software development and cloud computing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and technical guides.
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, including training and coaching on new processes and tools.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, cloud computing, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, and AWS.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
