We are seeking a Trainer, GTM Enablement to develop and deliver training programs to enable Global Trade Management (GTM) teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GTM, sales, and training, with expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and cloud-based technologies.
The Trainer, GTM Enablement will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of GTM teams. This includes developing training materials, conducting workshops and training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners. They will also have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to adapt training programs to meet the needs of diverse learners.
