We are seeking a Training Design Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training programs for RTX employees. This will involve applying adult learning theory and instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience with Learning Management Systems, Instructional Design, and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
The Training Design Lead will work closely with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training solutions that meet those needs. They will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
- Proven experience in training design and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
